Salary range: $48,000-$51,000 per year, based on relevant experience, education and credentials.

Childcare Director Responsibilities:

Manage operations of childcare school, including administrative, operational, financial, and logistical functions. Hire, engage, and develop a supportive team of caregivers and educators. Partner with families to provide the best care and education for their children. Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, state licensing authorities, and the community.
