Salary range: $43,000-$48,000, based on experience, education and credentials.

Daycare Director in Training Responsibilities:

Assist with overseeing the day-to-day activities of our school and ensure that local, state, and federal childcare requirements are met.  Build relationships with parents, staff, and administration to facilitate students' developmental goals and provide caring, thoughtful service. Facilitate family tours and coordinate enrollments; maintain staff and child files, maintain state licensing and regulations/policies.  Assist with recruiting, hiring, and supervising teammates (i.e. administrators, teachers, and support staff).  Help to maintain accurate accounting of the center tuition daily/weekly and generate reports according to company guidelines.  Be in ratio in the classrooms as needed for center operations.
