Dayforce Product Manager
Job Description A local healthcare client of ours is looking for Remote Dayforce Product Manager to join their growing company! We are seeking this IT HR Product Manager to help grow and manage the IT HR Technology within this close-knit remote team. The IT HR Product Manager is responsible for the implementation and maintenance of HR applications (specifically Dayforce) , supporting various operating and functional groups within the organization. The Product Manager addresses a broad set of information technology needs, both tactical and strategic, to support these goals. Additionally, the role requires managing cross-functional teams to deploy and maintain products and applications that meet business needs and deliver measurable value to the organization. Key responsibilities include leading strategic and operational planning for platforms, products, and applications within scope, and supporting the annual planning process. The ideal candidate will efficiently consult with senior leaders and stakeholders to identify strategic technology needs, provide guidance based on industry trends, and support business objectives. The role also involves directing needs analysis, organizational readiness assessments, impact assessments, and value analysis. The Product Manager collaborates across multiple teams to improve existing solutions, deploy strategic solutions more broadly, and identify new IT solutions. They lead the development, testing, and implementation of capabilities, ensuring the realization of value analysis and incremental improvements of applications. The IT HR Product Manager manages a high-performing team to rapidly assess needs, develop, implement, and deploy solutions, and achieve objectives. To be successful in this role they will work effectively across teams to address application, integration, and data management requirements. The role includes collaborating with stakeholders to create and manage product backlogs, mapping project dependencies, and managing vendor relationships. Supervisory responsibilities include managing personnel, performance evaluations, training, and making decisions on employee-related actions. This is an amazing remote opportunity with the desired Salary of $125,000 with full benefits, matching 401k, PTO, and Holiday PTO. Skills and Requirements Bachelors degree in a related field and 5 - 7 years of progressive experience in a technology role requiring significant cross-functional coordination and integration  2-3 years of expereince with hands on involvement within Dayforce  Minimum of 3 years management experience driving measurable and impactful business value through the application of information technology.  Direct technology development and implementation experience (e.g., programming or scripting; data analysis, design, and reporting; web design, or similar technical role on large projects)  Experience in deployment, maintenance, administration, productions support and overall health of Dayforce or other HR Finical technologies (Workday, UKG, ADP) Experience in an agile environment is a plus  Working closely with other remote teams and individuals is a plus  Travel as needed null We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
