Security clearance: Reliability or eligible for reliability (5+ years residing in Canada for reliability to be eligible)
Location: Ottawa, ON
• Coordinate and work closely with Integration Architect to create configuration and stage test data to validate customer’s complex integration requirements.
• Create Test plans and Testing Artifacts to review with client for Integration requirements.
• Create Testing Matrix and Test Execution Plan to fulfill overall project timeline.
• Work closely with Business Analyst and SI Partners to discuss and validate testing coverage for each interface.
• Execute Test cases and identify issues for each interface under tests.
• Help to lead and facilitate internal testing triage meetings with Product & Technology and Value Added Service Team.
• Work closely with solution configuration team members to create required end-to-end testing criteria for interfaces.
• Lead and facilitate weekly Bug Triage meetings with internal stake holders and PM to prioritize each interface gaps.
• Very strong hands-on experience building Testing Artifacts including Test Cases, Test Plans, and Test Matrixes.
• Expert knowledge of HCM business practices.
• Provide guidance and best practices to internal team to create end-to-end testing for each interface.
• Must have very strong HCM knowledge for Testing and Implementing solutions.
• Be a “go-to” resource for all Testing needs for ongoing interface creation.
• Complete new release training on a timely basis; be fully versed on new and/or enhanced functionality in each product release
• Ability to form great customer relationships.
• Ability to consult customers on business needs.
• Excellent organization, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, IT, or any IT related field
• MUST have 5+ years’ of Dayforce HCM product experience involving Product, Service and Support.
• Prior Testing and QA experience for Dayforce HCM is key asset.
• Implementing the Enterprise clients for HCM product is key asset
• Excellent English, written and spoken is required
• Analytical thinking is required
• Excellent documentation skills
