Amergis Healthcare Services is partnered with a respected facility in Greenfield, MA, currently seeking an LPN to assist on a contractual basis. Details of the position include: + Location: Greenfield, MA + Duration: Ongoing Contract + Facility Type: Day Habilitation + Schedule: Monday - Friday, 3 PM - 11 PM + Salary: $49/hr + Responsibilities: Job Duties: + Interview individuals about current problems, medications, and allergies, and review medical records for pertinent information. + Participate in individuals’ treatment regimens, including administering medications under the supervision of a registered nurse. + Establish and document individuals’ treatment regimens under RN supervision and implement treatment. + Perform routine immunizations, nebulizer treatments, visual acuity testing, and administer and read TB tests. + Maintain an adequate inventory of supplies. + Participate in the orientation and training of new staff. + Requirements: Qualifications: + Licensed LPN through the Massachusetts Board of Registration in Nursing. + Experience with the target population preferred. + Must be able to pass a CORI check, driving record check, and fingerprinting. + Able to communicate professionally.
