Amergis Healthcare Services is partnered with a much respected facility in Greenfield, MA who are currently seeking an LPN to assist them on a contractual basis. Details of the position include: Location: Greenfield, MA Duration: Ongoing Contract Facility Type: Day Habilitation Schedule: Monday - Friday 3p-11p Salary: $48/hr Responsibilities: + Interviews individuals about current problems, medications, and allergies and reviews medical record for pertinent previous and current information. + Participates in individuals’ treatment regimen, including administering medications (under the supervision of a registered nurse). + Establishes and documents individuals’ treatment regimen under supervision of RN and implements treatment. + Performs routine immunizations, nebulizer treatments, and visual acuity testing, and administers and reads TB tests. + Maintains adequate inventory of supplies. + Participates in the orientation and training of new staff.
