Are you passionate about providing care and support to individuals in their own homes? Griswold Home Care for Medina, Wayne & Western Stark Counties is seeking compassionate and dedicated In-Home Caregivers to join our team.  As a caregiver, you will play a vital role in helping our clients maintain their independence and quality of life. About the Caregiver Role: As an In-Home Caregiver, you will provide compassionate and personalized care to individuals in their homes. You will play a vital role in ensuring their well-being and comfort. This companionship and caregiving position has flexible scheduling with daytime shifts available. Clients typically receive 4 hours of care and at times, longer shifts may be available. Responsibilities: * Assist with activities of daily living, such as bathing, grooming, and dressing * Prepare meals and assist with dietary needs * Administer medication reminders * Provide companionship and engage in meaningful conversations * Assist with light housekeeping and household tasks * Accompany clients to appointments and errands Requirements: * Preferred 1+ yrs caregiving and mechanical lift experience but we are willing to train you. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively * Compassionate and empathetic nature * Valid driver's license and reliable transportation * Ability to pass a background check Benefits: * Competitive wage of $15.00 - $18.00 per hour * Shift differential for working weekends * Weekly direct deposit * Referral programs and recognition bonuses * Mileage reimbursement * Optional IRA with company match * Opportunities for ongoing training and development About the Company: Griswold Home Care for Medina, Wayne & Western Stark Counties is dedicated to providing high-quality in-home care services to individuals in need.
