Camping World is seeking a Distribution Center Lead to join our growing team within the distribution center. This would be leading our Replenishment Team on 2nd Shift. We have several departments that you are able to cross train with, but you will be assigned to one department. The Camping World Midwest Distribution center operates 24 hours around the clock Shipping, Order Picking, Direct to Consumer, Putaway, Replenishment, Inventory, Receiving and Inbound. This position is designed to oversee the day-to-day activities of team members within the department and to ensure operations run seamlessly. Job functions are as follows, including but not limited to: conducting labor planning and utilization, implementing goals, communicating metric goals, and achieving success in maintaining accurate inventory, both internally and of shipments to customers/stores.
