Essential Duties and Responsibilities

The DC Operations Lead is responsible for assigning, monitoring and supervising the daily functions and responsibilities which include, but are not limited to the following:

Provide work guidance for teammatesPerform job and essential duties successfully and satisfactorilyProperly assess priorities within the areaTrain and oversee personnel within departmentsContinue to seek knowledge and skills beyond present position to prepare for greater responsibilityTake on responsibility of maintaining a productive and positive environment between teammates, team coordinators, managers, and outside vendorsWork proficiently without supervisionMaintain and monitor a clean and safe work environment for the department.Achieve assigned performance goals and objectives as set by managementMaintain an excellent attendance recordContinue to adapt, evolve and develop personal skills to meet the changing environmentHave excellent multitasking capabilityWillingness to continue to evolve and develop personal skills to meet the changing environmentOther duties as assigned by management

Required skills

Previous warehouse experience, including leading or planning the work of other teammates.Demonstrated self-starter and a motivated individual, willing to learn new skills and gain knowledge about all aspects of branch operations.Requires demonstrated organizational, supervisory, and time management skills.Strong interpersonal and written communication skills; able to provide direction and instruction to other teammates.Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operation policies, procedures and work instructions.Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. 

Compensation Range

20.75 USD PER HOUR - 24.19 USD PER HOUR
