**Job Posting:** **Hiring a Quality Assurance Supervisor** **Position will work M-F from 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM.** **Job Description:** **The role of the DC Quality Supervisor is to ensure that all inventory is accurately reported and represented in all processes within the inbound, outbound, and inventory functions of the supply chain within the Distribution Center.** **Responsibilities** + **Review and accurately update the Cycle Count Recon Report each day based off SOX Compliance Standard Operating Procedures.** + **Receive and action escalations from customers and internal partners to conduct inventory and order investigations and provide solutions.** + **Determine gaps in warehouse processes attributing to inventory inaccuracies.** + **Implement action items with management team to resolve inventory inaccuracy issues.** + **Audit that all action items are continuously followed through within the team.** + **Continued focus on improving quality accuracy and processes.** + **Review and determine history of why each item was short picked from the previous day.** + **Review and update the MDC Variance Report Each Day.** + **Plan and execute on Cycle Counter workload each day.** + **Ensure all Cycle Counts are counted within 24 hours.** + **Work MDC Inventory twice a year.** - **Pay Range:** - $22.38 - $48.65 - **_Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles_** **OR** **_Hourly for all other roles._** - This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible. - Ferguson complies with all wage regulations.
