RESPONSIBILITIES AND EXPECTATIONS

Demonstrate behaviors that exemplify Rural King's Values: People First, Integrity, Attitude, Initiative, Teamwork, Accountability, and Continuous Provide friendly, proactive, and professional internal and external customer support while assisting with inquiries, concerns, and issues promptly and Actively participate in learning initiatives such as training programs, workshops, and Leverage these opportunities to acquire new knowledge, refine existing skills, and stay current on the latest developments.Responsible for accurately inspecting and counting all products received in thewarehouse or down the conveyor.Responsible for proper documentation of all BOLs and itemized shipping documentationResponsible for moving product via pallet jack or forklift to and from locations when receipt is complete and processed.Ensure quality and production KPI goals are met daily, weekly, and monthly.Follow safety regulations and maintain a clean and safe working environment.Perform other duties as assigned.

PREFERED QUALIFICATIONS

At least one year of warehouse/manufacturing experience or equivalent combination of experience and education.Obtain powered equipment certification on all required equipmentAbility to interact with the team in a fast-paced environment, remaining flexible, proactive, resourceful, and efficient.Demonstrate behaviors that exemplify Rural King Values: People First, Integrity, Attitude, Initiative, Teamwork and Accountability

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
