This role will be a subject matter expert (SME) in security technology, ensuring sites remain secure, assessing security risks, developing internal controls for privacy, incident prevention or theft, and ensuring that employees are safe.
Job Responsibilities
Security Tech Support: (60%)
Support teams in managing security technology to maintain a safe and secure environment. Develop and implement security technology protocols, procedures, and standards to protect company assets and personnel. Conduct regular security surveys, assessments, and risk analyses to identify vulnerabilities and recommend corrective actions. Manage systems and keep a dashboard for system health. Track security projects to keep stakeholders informed of progress and delays.Training and Education: (10%)
Act as the subject matter expert to assist the security team with security technology systems.Vendor Management: (30%)
Manage relationships with security integrators, ensuring the quality of service and adherence to contractual agreements. Evaluate and select security and safety vendors when necessary. Act as the subject matter expert and provide market-related information during requests for pricing (RFPs)Basic Qualifications
Some college or university with a degree in communications, education, emergency management, business administration, public administration, or related field is preferred. Experience: 5 years of corporate site security or program management preferred, global experience is a plus Minimum of 5 years overseeing vendors and installers, Knowledge and experience working with March Networks security software Program/project management experience. Security technology diagnostics Excellent written and verbal communication abilities, with a customer service focus Proficiency in responding swiftly to evolving situations in a time-sensitive environment. Proven experience managing, coordinating and maintaining multiple projects Ability to think quickly and perform problem-solving tasks within dynamic conditions Demonstrate excellent communication with a strong attention to detail and courage to take initiative and drive projects to completion Ability to work collaboratively and cross-functionally Strong organizational skills Experience crafting Keynotes and presenting to management Flexibility to work during various shifts, including nights, weekends, holidays, and willingness to travel 10 - 25% of the time with on-call responsibilities.Pay Range
$72,900.00 - $121,900.00
Any posted pay range considers a wide range of compensation factors, including candidate background, experience, and work location, while also allowing for salary growth within the position.
