你需要具备的品质：

           经验背景：

相关专业本科或以上学历，如计算机、自动化、电气工程等。 至少 5 年产品负责人，产品管理或行业解决方案角色经验。 熟悉过程自动化领域控制系统产品线技术需求和发展趋势，具备 DCS方面经验者优先。

专业能力：

深入理解DCS软件的系统结构以及基本功能模块，构架组成 （包括人机界面，控制逻辑、控制器、通信网络、操作站等）。具备系统软硬件配置，编程组态的能力。 对软件工程有深刻理解，熟悉数据库在DCS系统中的应用，掌握索引优化，查询优化存储过程优化者优先。 具备一定软件编程能力，熟悉至少一种主流DCS系统软件平台，掌握C/C++，Java，Python等编程语言中的一种或多种者优先。 对机器学习，深度学习有深入了解，熟悉相关算法和模型，具备良好的数据分析能力。 优秀的文档输出能力，能够基于需求结合DCS相关标准输出方案设计、功能规范等文档。 熟悉DCS, SCADA等相关IEC, ISA标准，有主导或参与此类大型软件开发经验者优先。

通用能力：

出色的沟通技能，能够有效地与跨职能团队和利益相关者合作。 专业的英语口语和书面表达能力，可以使用英语口语作为工作语言，并具备英文文档处理能力。 愿意根据需要经常出差，以支持业务取得成功

We are looking for a Strategy Product Manager to help us drive our business within Siemens and beyond. We are a highly motivated team and are excited to get to know you. As a Strategy Product Manager, you will be responsible for strategic implementation planning of Process Automation (PA) business as well as PLM solution which incl. Controller, PCS 7, PCS neo, Peripheral etc., for China local market.

You'll make an impact by

Quickly develop or adjust product development strategies by considering actual market needs and analyzing market competitors through business development channel and other effective channels. Clarify and define the key elements of DCS products such as functional modules, performance metrics, and integration solution and ensure that the product roadmap is aligned with the company's business goals and strategy, driving on-time delivery of incremental programs assigned by the team. Define/refine the product functionality and concepts together with HQ business line team & local business owner and provide a most suitable solution for customer. Coordinate with business unit and analyze the business unit’s requirements for upcoming DCS functionality applications to be rolled out, create feature specification and plan the timeline to ensure consistency with existing DCS roadmaps. Discuss functionality and concepts with the end users/customers and improve our product based on feedback. Share product knowhow, drive and enable R&D team for product development You will also focus on the rollout product functionality and in line with strategy, including planning and implementation of risk management, use of resources, services, deadlines, quality, budget, etc. to ensure the product or feature will land in the market

Your defining qualities

Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree or above, majoring in Computer Science and Technology, Automation, Control Engineering or other related fields.Minimum 5 years of experience in a Product Owner, Product Management or Industry solutions role. • Familiarity with the technical requirements and trends of control system product lines in the process automation field, experience in DCS is preferredProfessional Competencies
Deep understanding of DCS software’s system structure and functional modules, framework composition (including HMI, Control logic, CPU, communication networks, operating stations, etc.). Ability to do the system configuration of HW and SWDeep understanding of software engineering, familiar with the application of database in DCS system. Master index optimization, query optimization stored procedure optimization is preferred.Software programming ability, familiar with at least one mainstream DCS system software platform. Master C/C++, Java, Python and other programming languages in one or more is preferred.Deep understanding of machine learning, deep learning, familiar with related algorithms and models, good data analysis skills.Excellent document output ability, able to output software design specification, functional design specification and other documents based on requirements and DCS related standards.Familiar with DCS, SCADA and other related IEC, ISA standards. Experience in leading or participating in such large-scale software development is preferred.General Competencies
