Job DescriptionDD&T Learning experience Platform (LXP) Platform Owner
Location: USA - MA - Lexington
Job Summary: The DD&T LXP Learning Platform Owner is responsible for managing and optimizing the organization's digital learning platforms to facilitate employee development and Takeda’s Learning culture. This role involves overseeing the platform's functionality, user experience, and performance to ensure it aligns with the organization's learning objectives and technological standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage configuration of the Edcast (now Cornerstone) LXP platform(s).Manage and support Edcast 3rd party learning provider integrations, APIs and integrations with other systems including raw data extract from source system to Takeda Enterprise Data Backbone, (EDB).Understand Cornerstone’s middleware (Workato) used to support Takeda’s (SAP Success Factors LMS)/LXP integration.Partners with enterprise, solution and domain architects to identify and enable strategic technologies/platforms that will support cross-enterprise business requirements.Reviews and identifies gaps in architecture and assesses and defines remediation efforts or mitigation options.Act as Change Manager (in ServiceNow) for all configuration changes in the LXP platformEvaluate SaaS releases for organizational impact (occurs every 3 x’s per year), facilitate review meetings to discuss impact with stakeholders and provide consultative recommendations for release strategy.Mentor and help grow skillsets of UAMS team member to help better support Takeda.Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure data security and compliance.Monitor platform usage, analyze data insights, and implement improvements to enhance user engagement and learning outcomes.Ensure compliance with data security regulations and industry standards in managing the learning platform.Provide technical support, technical training, and guidance to users on utilizing the platform effectively.Stay abreast of emerging trends and technologies in digital learning to recommend innovative solutions for continuous improvement.Qualifications/Skills Required:
Excellent leadership, and Face-to-Face interpersonal skills, Strong interest in collaborative work with customers. Requires ability to successfully facilitate and lead meetings across functional teams.Excellent/strong system analytical skills for determining best integration solutions and for issue resolutions.3+ years’ experience in managing LXP platforms or similar systems.5+ years’ experience supporting integrations from Learning systems.Experience with integrations between LMS and LXP systems.Excellent oral/written communication skills, and business acumen for problem-solving and system analysis. Experience working in pharmaceutical industry.Expert in Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).Experience working on global teams.Excellent meeting facilitation skillsBachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.Strong project management skills outlining and capturing overall tasks (relevant to DD&T) required during a project.Knowledge of e-learning standards and technologies.Experience with ServiceNow Ticketing tool as well as JIRA.Takeda Compensation and Benefits Summary

149,100.00 - 234,300.00The estimated salary range reflects an anticipated range for this position. The actual base salary offered may depend on a variety of factors, including the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job. The actual base salary offered will be in accordance with state or local minimum wage requirements for the job location.
U.S. based employees may be eligible for short-term and/ or long-term incentives. U.S. based employees may be eligible to participate in medical, dental, vision insurance, a 401(k) plan and company match, short-term and long-term disability coverage, basic life insurance, a tuition reimbursement program, paid volunteer time off, company holidays, and well-being benefits, among others.
