Deal Administrator Responsibilities

Process and review sales and lease paperwork to ensure accuracy and compliance with legal and dealership requirements. Verify all financial and contractual information provided by customers and sales representatives. Calculate and verify sales taxes, registration fees, and other applicable charges. Communicate with finance institutions to secure funding and finalize deals. Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless completion of vehicle sales and lease transactions. Maintain organized and up-to-date records of all sales and lease documents. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries related to deals and contracts. Assist the sales team with administrative tasks and documentation as needed.
