Job Title: **Deal Desk Analyst - Commercial Operations Center of Excellence (CoE)**
Location: Mississauga, ON (Hybrid)
ADP seeks a **Deal Desk Analyst (Bilingual, Fluent French)** for the Commercial Operations Center of Excellence (CoE) in Mississauga, ON. This role is pivotal in driving early-stage client success within the Sales and marketing organization. As a trusted advisor to sales teams, you will directly assist clients during their post-sales onboarding process and transition to ADP.

**Responsibilities:**
+ Serve as a post-sale onboarding subject matter expert for Clients, Sales, and service teams
+ Conduct onboarding activities with clients, ensuring the accuracy and completeness of client data
+ Collaborate with sales and service departments to expedite deal execution and prioritize deals effectively
+ Lead new client orientation meetings virtually or in person
+ Structure MAS/NAS deals in CRM, analyze client requirements and ensure compliance with regulations
+ Manage client expectations, internal communications, and relationships
+ Oversee multiple implementation projects, providing seamless service for onboarding clients
+ Resolve client issues and discrepancies promptly, either independently or in collaboration with relevant departments
+ Foster strong partnerships with cross-functional teams to streamline the Sales to Implementation cycle
+ Offer recommendations to ADP leadership based on client feedback and experience
**Qualifications:**
+ High school diploma required; relevant work experience preferred
+ Bilingual, Fluent French (written and verbal)
+ 3-5 years of experience in business operations, client operations, sales operations, or systems integration
+ Ownership mindset, strong interpersonal skills, and ethical standards
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills
+ Proficient in Excel, CRM tools, MS Word, and PowerPoint
+ Detail-oriented with analytical and decision-making abilities
+ Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
+ Knowledge of HR and payroll industry tools and best practices is a plus
