Job Description Insight Global is seeking a Deal Lead to join one of their biggest insurance employers. The candidate will need to be able to execute deals with clients on their own, handle client management, manage the internal and external stakeholders. This person will also need to have the ability to underwrite a deal and negotiate effectively and have the ability to work with clients balancing relationship building and negotiating terms. The day to day for this person will entail initiating & hunting for deals, talking to their clients (clients as in companies) and being able to pivot when needed as it is a fast paced, busy environment. Skills and Requirements 10+ Years of Experience as a Deal Lead Experience in the Life Insurance space FSA or CFA strongly preferred.
