To grow and defend Commercial Property Finance market share with a core focus on acquiring new business. The individual will be responsible for driving portfolio advances growth and profitability, whilst fostering strategic alignment with key industry players.Develop and execute the Commercial Property Finance sales strategy and unlock new sales channels,Create value propositions that include current and new product and solution sets, pricing, service and channel delivery model that meet current and anticipated future client needs.Package, market and sell bespoke structured banking solutions that drive advances growth and segment profitability.Deal structure for qualifying clients and take the lead in identifying transaction-specific credit risks and introducing risk mitigation measures in line with the credit risk philosophy of the Bank.Lead the presentation of the Commercial Property Finance deals at local and international credit committees.Manage the loan drawdown process for construction related Commercial Property Finance DealsOriginate and drive periodic reviews of Commercial Property Finance credit frameworks, policies and processes and ensure these are adhered to.Develop, and manage portfolio reporting and operational risks aligned to portfolio parameters.Develop and maintain strong network with strategic external stakeholders across the Botswana property marketDevelop rigorous business case to drive new, differentiated market growth strategies as well as defensive strategies to increase / maintain market share.
