OBJECTIVE:
Provides excellent customer service and deals assigned table games. Protect Tribal Assets through effective use of game protection skills and adherence to all Departmental and Casino policies and procedures.
TYPICAL WORKING CONDITIONS:
Work in a Casino environment which is smoke-free. Must be able to stand for long periods of time. Must be able to work Holidays and Special Events as scheduled. Maintain a flexible schedule to accommodate business volume and seasonal business needs.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Always be Barona NICE to fellow staff and players; find every opportunity to offer a friendly smile, wave, and greeting Provide excellent customer service. Implement Barona’s standards for service: Smile, make eye contact, greet players verbally when they arrive at your table, wish them good luck upon buy-in, and wish them farewell upon departure. Must demonstrate the ability to be a team player by working well with co-workers and staff members from other departments. Protect Tribal Assets through the effective use of game protection skills and adherence to all Departmental and Casino policies and procedures. Reports to work on time and returns from break on time. Maintains current knowledge of Casino promotions and services, to provide players with any needed information. Deal assigned table games and comply with all reasonable requests made by his/her superiors. Perform other duties as assigned.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum age 18 years
Working knowledge of Table Games
Excellent customer service and teamwork, cash handling, basic math, basic accounting, oral and written communication.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work a flexible work schedule
REQUIRED EDUCATION:
High School diploma, GED, or two consecutive years of Barona employment.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
No experience is necessary. Customer service experience preferred. Training will be provided.
ALTERNATIVE TO MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Educational Certification in Dealing may be substituted for experience.
