Dealer Contractual Project Manager
Kforce's client, a Detroit MI-based automotive manufacturer who brings engineering, technology, and design together to create innovative vehicles, energy solutions, and in-vehicle services is seeking a Dealer Contractual Project Manager in Warren, MI. Responsibilities: * Process contractual changes consistent with the state franchise statutes and the Dealer Sales and Service Agreement * Collaborate with Dealers and GM stakeholders to secure documentation to process change requests * Assist Dealers, Dealer Candidates and GM field personnel to input information as needed to complete proposals in the Dealer Contractual Information Change Request (DCICR) system * Partner with Subject Matter Experts such as GM Legal and the Market Analysis Team to complete proposals * Counsel Dealers and GM field personnel on GM Dealer Contractual Group (DCG) policies and procedures * Meet with GM stakeholders and attorneys on Dealer proposals and current dealer network activities * Prepare Dealer contracts and GM Program Enrollment Forms * Complete Dealer activations and update Dealer information in appropriate GM systems * Maintain accurate contractual dealer data in the Dealer Network Planning System * Process and manage Dealer and GM Leadership requests * Leverage appropriate Check Sheets and template letters to complete change requests * Draft relevant custom dealer letters for Management/Legal review in response to Dealer questions and/or concerns regarding contractual/policy issues * Draft professional correspondence to respond to dealer change requests * Conduct financial analysis using Excel based financial reports * Analyze candidate sales and profit forecasts and provide dealers with insight from composite groups * Complete Area Primary Responsibility (APR) notice requirements as outlined in the GM Sales and Service Agreement * Request and review background checks for Dealer candidates and other relevant parties
