Dealer Experience Supervisor
**Job Description** We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated **Dealer Experience Supervisor** to lead our Dealer Experience team in enhancing and enabling an exceptional dealer experience for the Outdoor Performance platform. The Outdoor Performance strategic priorities are to be consumer-first focused, lead with power brands, and invest inward. The Dealer Experience team will be part of the Global Commercial organization and will drive growth in the Outdoor Performance business by winning dealers and channels while finding efficiency in a consolidated commercial management structure. The Dealer Experience Supervisor plays a crucial role in ensuring high levels of dealer satisfaction and loyalty. In this role, your primary responsibilities include overseeing a team of dealer experience representatives, monitoring interactions with dealers to ensure quality and consistency, and implementing strategies to improve the overall dealer experience. You will maintain strong dealer and B2B relationships by understanding partner needs, providing prompt assistance, and collaborating to enhance relationships, boost dealer satisfaction, and drive sales. This position reports to the **Dealer Experience Manager** and is based in Logan, Utah. **As the Dealer Experience Supervisor, you will have an opportunity to:** + Partner with the Dealer Service Manager to set expectations, priorities, and remove barriers to increase efficiencies. + Participate in planning for peak time staffing including approval of time off requests to support business needs. + Prioritize dealer satisfaction and continuously seek ways to enhance the dealer experience, including responding to omnichannel inquiries in a prompt manner. They contribute significantly to the overall success of the organization. + Collaborate with other departments to address dealer concerns and implement solutions to enhance the overall dealer journey. + Develop a deep understanding of dealer needs and behaviors is crucial to anticipate potential issues and improve overall dealer satisfaction. + Participate in the screening, hiring, and effective training of dealer experience representatives. + Review and analyze customer order books to support in order flow and management. + Build team cooperation and a positive work environment, recognizing individual contributions to success. + Demonstrate initiative and problem-solving skills that will increase dealer response time and team member satisfaction. + Evaluate performance, provide coaching and partner with Dealer Experience Manager for corrective action. + Build strong working relationships and positive cross-function communication with other departments. + Effectively presents information and responds to questions from management and team members. **You have:** + High school education. College degree preferred. + Proven experience in providing high levels of dealer service to internal and external dealers. + Strong communication skills, leadership abilities, and a dealer-centric mindset are essential for success in this role. + Strong problem-solving abilities are key, as you will be required to address dealer issues and find solutions efficiently. **Pay Range:** $47,800.00 - $71,800.00 The actual annual salary offered to a candidate will be based on variables including experience, geographic location, education, and skills/achievements, and will be mutually agreed upon at the time of offer.
