Dealer Experience Support Representative
Job Description

This Seasonal (3-month) role will work with the Outdoor Performance Platform Dealer Experience team, primarily handling B2B inbound order processing, invoicing and record-keeping of back ordered items.

This position reports to the Dealer Experience Manager and is an in-house position located in Logan, MT.

 

As a Dealer Experience Representative, you will have an opportunity to:

Efficiently handle order fulfillment in a timely manner with the highest level of accuracyEffectively balance a variable workload, shifting when necessary to meet the demands of the department and companyMaintain a high level of professionalism while on the phone or communicating via emailDiligently utilize and understand inventory management system, contact center and ticketing management system as well as individual channel ordering sites and associated features

You have:

Strong customer service experience, preferably in the outdoor industry via retail or in-house sales/serviceSolid communication skills, both written and verbalCapacity to task switch quickly and efficiently, balancing a large workloadTechnical aptitude with inventory management systems, Excel and other programs used to track, manage and process orders, product returns and inventory assessment
