Dealer:

Deals assigned card games according to CBCI/Fantasy Springs Casino rules and regulations.  Ensures all wages are placed before cards are dealt. Computes payable odds for payable bets, pays winning bets and collects losing bets.

Table Games Floor Supervisor

Assists in the overall supervision of Table Games in the Pit or Pit section.  Must maintain an entertaining and comfortable atmosphere while interacting with card players and co-workers.   

This position is not limited to those duties listed in the job description.  Duties and responsibilities can be changed, expanded, reduced or deleted to meet business needs of the company.

Must be 21 years of age or older. High school diploma or general education degree (GED); college degree a plus. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Minimum of one (1) year of experience in a Table Games Operations supervisory capacity or minimum of three (3) years of experience as a Table Games Dealer. Thorough knowledge of Blackjack, Baccarat and at least one other table game. The requirements listed are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Must possess good organizational skills.  Must be able to interact with management, co-workers, and guests in a professional and courteous manner.
