Who We’re Looking For
Toyota’s Retail Market Development Department is looking for a passionate and highly motivated Dealer Information Analyst. The role requires a Subject Matter Expert in dealer information, performance metrics, data entry and correction, and systems supporting both Toyota and Lexus.
Reporting to the Dealer Information Support Manager, the Dealer Information Analyst is responsible for managing data related to the Franchise administration process, facility requirements, and dealer financial statement submission process for all Toyota & Lexus dealers. The person in this role will contribute to building an industry-leading Toyota and Lexus dealer network with the best facilities, locations, owners, franchise agreements, and financial state, by ensuring all Dealer Information is accurate, standardized, and accessible, and that all systems are available and functioning properly.
What You’ll Be Doing:
SME for systems utilized by all Market Representation stakeholders, including RMD, field offices, TMNA and TFS departments, and dealers to access reports, review metrics, perform analysis, and run data extracts.Support and monitor accurate and timely data entry into RMD systems to facilitate the Franchise administration process.Perform data validation to ensure precision, accuracy, and accessibility. Train end users of RMD systems and data.Create ad-hoc reports, utilizing various systems and reporting tools (Excel, BI tools).Ensuring all data, metrics, and reports are accurate, while continuing to make enhancements to support new requirements, business needs, or changes to requirements.SME for SmartView/Essbase platform which is a standalone data repository and analysis tool.Contact for vendors and internal interactions pertaining to data, enchantments, and coordination. (S&P, Urban Science, TBDP, TLE, +others)Support Franchise Hub system development ensuring transmittal process continues to evolve to become industry best.Troubleshoot and Support systems by interacting with end users.Initiate and liaison between RMD business units and IT to direct and administer the design, development, and maintenance of RMD systems.Engage in special projects to support ever-changing business needs.What You Bring :
Expert knowledge of Microsoft Excel, with demonstrable skills in formulas, table structures, queries, pivot tables, and data formattingExcellent data entry skills, with proven speed and accuracyData validation experience, ensuring accuracy and consistencyAdvanced knowledge of other Microsoft Office applicationsExperience supporting end users with system usage, training, and issue resolutionExperience working in each phase of IT systems development, with an emphasis on requirements gathering, and system testingKnowledge in market representation policies, practices, and franchise agreementsStrong vendor management skillsAbility to multitask and manage/lead several initiatives at onceAbility to learn, manage, and train on new IT systems as neededAdded bonus if you have:
