POSITION SUMMARY
Under general supervision, responsible for promoting outstanding guest relations, an entertaining and energetic atmosphere while accurately dealing assigned game while maintaining the integrity of the game, as well as for explaining aspects of the games to customers unfamiliar with the games.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

1.    Always exhibit a friendly and approachable demeanor.  Be polite and courteous when speaking with guests and team members.  Look for and act upon opportunities to assist guests and team members.  Be sincere and genuine during all interactions.  Be prepared with the knowledge and skill required to be responsive to guests and team member’s needs and questions.

2.    Greet guests upon arrival at the table and provide prompt, accurate and courteous service to our customers, while utilizing the highest degree of technical skill in dealing

3.    Explain aspects of various table games to our gaming customer’s.

4.    Ensure compliance of company and departmental policies and procedures, Missouri Gaming Regulations and internal controls.

5.    Exchanges currency for gaming chips and pay or collects bets quickly and accurately according to departmental procedures.

6.    Notifies the Table Games Supervisor of any customer needs; i.e. cocktails, host service etc.

7.    Reports any unusual situations to the Table Games Supervisor.

8.    Perform other duties as assigned by management.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS
•    Must be able to obtain a valid gaming license
•    Must be 21 years of age
•    Previous dealing experience and/or recognized equivalent training
•    Must be willing to be interviewed and auditioned 
•    Must maintain a professional, neat and well-groomed appearance
•    Must be able to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
       Ability to be physically mobile, and stand/walk for 8 to 12-hour shifts.
•    Excellent guest service and communication skills.
•    Must be able to work in areas containing dust, secondhand smoke, varying noise and temperature levels, lighting, vibrations, crowds and air quality.
•    Must present a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
•    Regular and punctual attendance is required.


These skills and abilities are typically acquired through at least 1 year experience directly related to the accountabilities specified.
