This role requires expertise in tire sizes and specifications, as well as the ability to process orders efficiently and support warehouse logistics. Key Responsibilities: + Greet customers and assist with tire selection and ordering. + Input orders accurately into the system, ensuring all details are correct. + Provide expert knowledge on tire sizes, specifications, and related products. + Collaborate with warehouse staff to route orders efficiently, maintaining attention to detail. + Support other areas of the warehouse with logistics and inventory management. + Address customer inquiries and resolve issues related to orders. Requirements: + Previous experience in a retail or customer service role, preferably in the tire or **automotive industry. + Strong knowledge of tire sizes, specifications, and related products. + Excellent attention to detail in managing multiple tasks. + Proficient in using order entry systems and basic computer applications. + Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset. + Ability to work well in a team environment. Preferred Qualifications: + High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in automotive technology is a plus. + Familiarity with warehouse logistics and inventory processes.
