STS Technical Services is seeking a highly motivated Dealer Services Representative to join our Customer Support Center (CSC) team. As a frontline representative, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our dealer network, responding to inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and providing excellent customer service. The CSC operates during weekdays, evenings, and weekends, and the ideal candidate must be flexible to work shifts including evenings and Saturdays.
Key Responsibilities Respond to a variety of inquiries while making decisions and solving problems with or without established methods. Document customer problems and requests clearly and completely while meeting pre-established metrics. Interact professionally with stakeholders via multiple communication channels (written and verbal). Work with internal teams to promptly resolve problems, identify trends, and improve service quality. Meet or exceed minimum performance metrics for customer service quality, as monitored weekly, monthly, and yearly. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to conduct research, gather data, and solve complex customer inquiries. Continuously improve knowledge of Vehicle Parts, Accessories, General Merchandise, and other Harley-Davidson programs and procedures. Ideal Candidate Requirements Minimum of 3 years of experience in an automotive, motorcycle, or recreational vehicle industry (training available for the right candidate). Experience in technical customer service, account management, wholesale customer relationship management, call center, or order system management. Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate, influence, and resolve issues via various methods (telephone, email, face-to-face). Ability to work collaboratively with team members to solve problems that may not have an established resolution method. Required Skills Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. Technical aptitude to understand and troubleshoot complex inquiries. Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
