Dealer Services Specialist II

What You’ll Do
You’ll help provide outstanding service and foster lasting relationships within the automotive community. Here’s a closer look at how you’ll make an impact in the three areas you will be supporting:
Dealer and Commercial Services:
Represent the dealer sales lane on sale days and promote Manheim products and services.Receive reserve prices from dealers, assign order numbers, represent vehicles on the auction stage and negotiate conditional bids.Work with dealers, managers and coordinators to ensure vehicles are ready for auction, both in-lane and online.Provide training and consultation on our products and servicesAssist with customer care issues and respond to dealer inquiries, problems or concerns in a professional manner and escalate as necessary.Consult customers on floor prices and market values of vehicles.Walk vehicles with account representative and make recommendations for reconditioning to increase vehicle value.Coordinate with recon shops and lot operations to complete vehicle repairs, inspections and details to ensure vehicles are prepared and ready for sale.Managing the repos that customers bring in for redemptionIssue sale day Bidder badgesTitles:
Printing gate passes for clients/transportersTaking payments from dealers and printing checksHelping clients via phone callsTitle Calls – Front Office Teams ChannelIncoming titles: (unable to secure a time, due to needing to wait for FEDEX)Document Preparation for title clerksScanning titlesRepo affidavit for repossessed unitsRegistering clients with our auction and setting them up in our system.Who You Are
You can think on your feet and address issues promptly, maintaining a smooth auction process. You’re committed to following all health and safety procedures and to maintaining strong relationships with dealers. Here’s more on what you have to offer:
Minimum:
A high school diploma or GED and 3 years of experience in a related field. The right candidate could also have a different combination of education and experience, such as a degree or certification in a related discipline or 5 years of experience in a related field.A valid driver’s license.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.The ability to perform at a high level and adapt within a fast-paced team environment.The ability to sit or stand for prolonged periods of time, perform repetitive tasks and lift up to 15 pounds.Vision requirements include being able to see close, far and in color, judge distances and adapt to changes in focus.Drug Testing

Employees are eligible to receive a minimum of sixteen hours of paid time off every month and seven paid holidays throughout the calendar year.
