Dentsply Sirona is looking for a:

 

Sales Specialist for the Dealer Channel

 

The candidate will manage the areas of Lower Piedmont, Liguria, and Sardinia, and will be responsible for developing the Consumer Business in the region by optimizing the distribution network of regional warehouses, managing and developing active clients.

Main Responsibilities

Responsible for developing demand and sales in the assigned area for Consumer product lines. Oversees the training of sales representatives from regional warehouses, plans with key warehouses the introduction of new products, supports distributor sales representatives in promoting products and strengthening their technical skills. Regularly visits key professionals in the territory to introduce Dentsply Sirona’s workflows. Collaborates with dealers to define promotional activities and organize clinical education and co-marketing events.

Main Activities

Implements the commercial policy defined by the Company in terms of sales plans and promotional actions; identifies development opportunities for dental distributors and manages their implementation in the relevant market. Maintains a strong relationship with dealers, introduces all Dentsply Sirona products and programs, and addresses any issues promptly. Collects and analyzes sales data and market information on competitors, trends, and the needs/wants of end customers and distributors, maintaining constant communication with Management and all involved business functions (Customer Services, Marketing, Technical Assistance, Credit). Collaborates in the organization and participates in major regional and/or national congresses and events (trade shows). Regularly and promptly prepares reports.

Background

Excellent knowledge of Territory Management systems and sales techniques. Strong knowledge of IT tools, internal procedures, and dynamics within structured companies.
