THE JOB:

As a Table Games Dealer, you will be responsible for setting the stage for an excellent guest experience by dealing our guests their favorite games such as blackjack, roulette, poker, and more.  By understanding our guests’ unique stories and needs, you will deliver WOW experiences that our guests will carry with them far and beyond their time with us.

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

Work with a diverse team of enthusiastic people in a FUN and fast-paced environment to achieve company goalsEngage with guests by smiling and hearing their story as you properly deal, protect, and control one single game typeEffectively communicate with management on any unnatural or irregular play and disputes on gamesOwn the guest experience in any situation by using problem solving skills to WOW the guestPerform other job-related duties as requested

THE STARTING RATE: $12.81 with direct tips

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

Previous experience as a table games dealer in a casino establishment or successful completion of an accredited dealer training programHas a high energy, positive attitude, and likes to have fun while doing their best workIs a team playerIs welcoming and engagingCan handle multiple tasks at one timeDisplays excellent customer service skills as well as interpersonal skills
