You'll play a crucial role in our in-store accounting operations, acting as a key link between Lithia Home Office (LHO), the regional Accounting Processing Center (APC), and store operations.

What You'll Do:

Handle daily check and credit card depositsReconcile cash sales accounting schedulesCollaborate with store operations for process improvementsAudit car deals for accuracy and completenessServe as the second line of audit defenseMaintain notes on missing or incorrect itemsEnsure revenue recognition and state complianceProvide backup support for document scanningAssist in maintaining accounting schedulesMeet performance standards for accuracy and efficiencyPerform additional tasks as assigned

What We're Looking For:

Strong attention to detailExcellent communication and time management skillsActive listening and critical thinking abilitiesAbility to work independently and adapt quicklyProficiency in Microsoft Office and web-based applicationsHigh school diploma preferred1+ years of dealership or car deal processing experience preferred
