Lithia & Driveway Summer Internship - Dealership Operations
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Dealership Operations Intern to join our team in Michigan. This internship will offer you an in-depth, 8-10 week rotational experience across key departments within our dealership, including Sales, Service, Parts, and Customer Relations. The internship is designed to give you the opportunity to learn directly from experienced professionals and gain a comprehensive understanding of dealership operation
Store Operations Intern reports to the General Manager.
Responsibilities
Rotations:
Sales Operations.Service Operations.Parts Operations.Business Office.Day-to-Day Operations:
Provide support in daily tasks and operations within the assigned department.Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow.Documentation and Administrative Functions:
Maintain accurate records and documentation.Assist with documentation of important information to increase efficiency.Customer Support:
Provide a friendly and professional first impression to customers.Efficiently and respectfully address customer needs and inquiries to ensure a positive experience.Communication and Teamwork:
Foster a collaborative and positive team environment.Work closely with team members to identify areas for process improvement.Learning Development:
Actively seek opportunities for learning and skill development.Participate in training sessions and other events.Ask questions as needed.What's in it for you?
