Overview Dean|Fluor is looking for a Custodial Supervisor job responsibilities include but are not limited to: - Supervise, mentor, and evaluate a team utilizing systems to promote performance, establish clear expectations, promote staff growth and development, provide constructive feedback, recognize success, correct undesirable work performance, focus on employee success, and develop a cohesive team. - Monitor employee work hours to ensure accurate recording of hours worked, manage overtime, and approve time sheets. - Organize workflow and prioritize the work of staff for maximum efficiency. - Conduct facility inspections to determine safety and custodial needs. - Provide for and participate in the cleaning of all assigned facilities. - Maintain an inventory of supplies and tools needed to maintain facilities. - Be familiar with and follow all company policies and procedures. - Follow universal precautions and all work safety practice controls established by OSHA. JOB REQUIREMENTS: -High School diploma/GED coupled with ten (10) or more years experience in custodial work with supervisory experience. -Must be able to obtain and maintain TS security clearance. -Must have basic computer skills, and working knowledge of Microsoft Windows. -Must have organizational skills. Abilities: + Exposure to computer screens for an extended period of time. + Sitting for extended periods of time. + Reach by extending hands or arms in any direction. + Have finger dexterity in order to manipulate objects with fingers rather than whole hands or arms, for example, using a keyboard. + Listen to and understand information and ideas presented through spoken words and sentences. + Communicate information and ideas in speaking so others will understand. + Read and understand information and ideas presented in writing. + Apply general rules to specific problems to produce answers that make sense. + Identify and understand the speech of another person.
