**Job Title: Hand Filer** **Job Description** Working in one of the final stages of the manufacturing process, you will be responsible for hand filing finished pieces used in the semiconductor field. The production environment is very quiet and conducive to focused work. **Responsibilities** + Grind parts with a high-speed air grinder to specifications. + Carefully form a radius on the edge of teeth as per requirements. + File teeth using diamond files. + Clean products and visually inspect for any imperfections. + Review and understand drawings for customer requirements. + Assist machine operators with machine maintenance and cleaning. + Adhere to functional procedures in a consistent manner. + Identify improvements to the procedures. + Always wear gloves when handling products. + Always wear safety glasses while hand filing or grinding boat-teeth. **Essential Skills** + Experience with inspection, hand tools, cleanroom environments, blueprints, power tools, sanding, buffing, polishing, grinding, filing, deburring, general labor, production, assembly, finishing, and grinding. + Ability to work in a production environment. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience in the semiconductor field. + Ability to work in a cleanroom environment. + Experience with sanding, polishing, and buffing. **Why Work Here?** This position offers direct placement with immediate access to an internal benefit package. This is a stationary role, with work conducted in the same department for the entire shift.
