**Seeking: 1st shift Deburrer** **Job Description** + We are seeking a skilled Deburrer to perform all assigned deburring operations in a safe and responsible manner. + The ideal candidate will operate deburring and related tooling machines to perform grinding, deburring, or chamfering operations on metal parts. + You will be responsible for loading elements into feed mechanisms of machines, monitoring the deburring process, reading blueprints, ensuring quality control, and maintaining clean work areas. **Responsibilities** + Perform all assigned deburring operations safely and responsibly. + Operate deburring and related tooling machines to perform grinding, deburring, or chamfering operations on metal parts. + Properly and safely load elements to be deburred into feed mechanisms of machines and monitor the deburring process. + Read blueprints and other work orders to perform job tasks. + Ensure quality control of parts produced. + Comply with all quality policies, specifications, regulations, and instructions. + Complete and maintain paperwork for parts. + Ensure work is done safely by adhering to established safety policies and procedures. + Maintain a clean and safe work area, including daily and regular cleaning of machinery in compliance with all procedures, rules, and regulations. + Contribute to team effort by performing other duties as assigned. **Why Work Here?** + We offer competitive benefits and a yearly cost of living wage increase. + Our company provides opportunities for growth and advancement into welding and machining roles. + You will have the chance to work on military defense projects in a supportive and dynamic environment. **Work Environment** Our facility is very clean, organized, and air-conditioned.
