**Job Title: Deburring Technician** **Job Description** A company in Mishawaka is seeking two skilled Deburring Technicians to join their team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for removing burrs and sharp edges from metal parts and components to ensure they meet quality standards. This role requires attention to detail, precision, and a commitment to maintaining high-quality workmanship. The work involves hand deburring with handheld tools in the secondary/post-machining department where finished machined parts will go. The role also includes blackening parts with a machine that coats them, inspecting, and then packaging the parts for shipping. **Responsibilities** + Remove burrs and sharp edges from metal parts and components using handheld tools. + Ensure all parts meet quality standards. + Perform hand deburring in the secondary/post-machining department. + Blacken parts using a machine that applies a coating. + Inspect parts for quality assurance. + Package parts for shipping. **Essential Skills** + Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. + Good job tenure (1.5+ years at last 3 employers). + 3+ years of manufacturing experience. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Previous deburring experience. + Polishing experience. + Machine shop experience. + Quality inspection experience. **Why Work Here?** The company is expanding aggressively and is in the 'ground floor' phase, building a dynamic culture where everyone enjoys their job, wants to come to work, and is committed to customer satisfaction.
