Job Description
We are looking for a meticulous Deburring Technician who can perform repeated tasks with acute attention to detail. The ideal candidate will be responsible for pulling hydro-formed sheet metal parts from a freezer and ensuring they meet the tolerances provided by blueprints. The role involves deburring parts and working in a noisy area of the shop, where Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is mandatory.
ResponsibilitiesPerform deburring tasks on metal parts.Ensure parts meet the tolerances specified by blueprints.Pull hydro-formed sheet metal parts from the freezer.Work with hand tools and production machinery.Operate in a noisy environment while wearing appropriate PPE.Essential SkillsAcute attention to detail.Ability to perform repetitive tasks efficiently.Proficiency in using hand tools.Experience in a manufacturing or production environment.Additional Skills & QualificationsAbility to lift, carry, push and/or pull 1 – 50 lbs frequently.Capability to squat/kneel, bend/stoop, twist/turn, grasp and reach overhead and outward frequently.Able to sit, stand, and walk for 1 – 10 hours per day.Comfortable working in a 55 – 85 degree Fahrenheit environment.Experience working in a fast-paced industrial environment.Why Work Here?

Work Environment
The work environment is a manufacturing setting where you may be exposed to loud noises and machinery with moving parts. The position is for the day shift, from 6 AM to 2:30 PM, Monday to Friday. You will need to wear hearing protection, eye protection, steel-toed shoes, and other appropriate protective clothing.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Kent, Washington.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
