Summary: Implement approved procedures, train, schedule, supervise and evaluate Security Officers. Supervise and coordinate the activities of Security Officers. Assist the Shift Manager as necessary.

Essential Functions:

Review all documentation generated by shift to include, but not limited to Daily Activity Reports and Incident Reports Perform, as necessary, all duties required of Security Officers and Assistant Shift Supervisor Provide overall protection of company assets. Interact with guests and employees in a professional manner Interact with local law enforcement and ambulatory/paramedical agencies as required Train new officers on department procedures and complete training checklist Verify completed Security incident reports Perform the duties of Security Shift Manager, when needed Complete or assist in the completion of Las Vegas Metro and Nevada Gaming Control Board forms Ensure compliance with all applicable gaming laws and company internal controls, policies and procedures, Title 31, and federal regulations Perform other duties as assigned
