EDUCATIONAL RECOMMENDATIONS

Enrolled in a Ph.D. (preferred) or Masters Program in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field with an accredited school in the USA. 

Good knowledge of distributed systems concepts and design and networking protocols.  Hands-on experience with blockchains, smart contracts, or cryptography is an asset. A basic understanding of telecommunication networks is a plus. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
