Inova Kellar School Fairfax is looking for a dedicated Instructional Aide to join the team. This role will be full-time night shift from Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. Instructional Aide works within a defined schedule during a 10.5-month academic year. All hours and job duties are applicable to 10.5 months.

Instructional Aide Job Responsibilities:

Assists in setting up the learning environment and preparing needed materials and supplies.  Assists in the implementation of the daily instructional program under the direction of the teacher.  Engages in activities integral to the continued development and success of Inova Kellar Center
