Dedicated Field Coordinator - Pet Team
**DESCRIPTION** As a Pet Ambassador, you will serve as a brand advocate and product expert, playing a role in merchandising our product to high level standards, educating pet parents about our products, and helping them find the right nutrition for their beloved pets, and working alongside store staff in a professional manner. Market Ownership Opportunities: + Own a market of select pet retailers with a goal to merchandise to a high standard, build relationships with store staff, train employees and engage with customers. + Support other Pet Ambassadors in their market **RESPONSIBILITIES** Position Opportunities: + Align with field teams on execution strategy for client priorities while maintaining a market. + Create action plans that properly implement and identify opportunities for course correction. + Manage a team of specialists dedicated to exceeding client and retailer expectations. + Collaborate with Regional Managers and Retail Market Manager to better execute company priorities. + Understands budget and resources to ensure program integrity. + Partners with Operations, and Regional Managers to execute priorities while understanding coverage constraints and strategically deploy field resources. + Builds strong relationships with Field Team members and can identify and develop employees that show high potential to be future leaders. + Identify and coordinate training opportunities. Continuous Improvement + Collaborates with training on content creation to support the development of a field team. + Understands and exceeds metrics for program performance, updates, and milestones. **QUALIFICATIONS** + Ability to identify issues and to develop and analyze solutions to resolve problems. + Experience managing a high-performing team, working cross-functionally and with a set of diverse stakeholders. + Ability to multi-task in a high volume, fast-paced, demanding environment.
