Deductions Specialist
Job Title: Deductions Specialist Job Description We are seeking a Deductions Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience with accounts receivables, charge-backs or deductions. . You should have at least 1 year of sales, customer service, or general office experience. Proficiency in Excel, especially pivot tables or VLOOKUPs, is essential. Hard Skills + Bachelor's degree in economics, mathematics, marketing, accounting, or finance (or relevant field) + 1+ years of sales or customer service experience + Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and Xlookup) + SAP or Oracle ERP experience + Experience with Deductions/Chargebacks Soft Skills + Strong analytical skills + Effective communication skills + Ability to work in a tea Work Site This position is 5 days in office and can move to hybrid 4 days in-office after Work Environment The position is based in our headquarters office in Melville, within a bustling Accounting team of up to 60 people. All 8 Accounting functions are housed in this office, fostering a dynamic and collaborative business casual environment.
