Description

Summary:

This Process Administrator position provides "Simply the Best" customer service at all times. Under minimum supervision, performs a variety of assignments that are moderately complex and require detailed knowledge of company and/or department procedures. We're looking for a self-starter who wants to grow with us!

This is a part time role.

Hours: Monday - Friday, 9am - 2pmType: In-office


Duties & Responsibilities:

Handles assigned daily work queues that consist of collector requestsPayment researchProcesses involuntary offset requests and sends offset lettersProcesses incoming and outgoing mailHandles email requestsRefers escalated accounts to managerPosition will cross-train to other productsPerforms other duties as assigned


Basic Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED required1-3 years of work experience in a processing type function.


Preferred Qualifications:

Knowledge of Microsoft Office Products, and the ability to type a minimum of 35 wpm required.Excellent in customer service, highly motivated, focused, and goal orientedMust have excellent written and verbal (face-to-face and phone) communication skills including professional grammar and demeanorStrong organizational skills with attention to detail, planning and follow-upAbility to multi-taskPC and internet proficiency
