Duties and Responsibilities:
Maintain training files and reportsDevelop and implement quality control reviewsConduct training sessions for review implementation and QC updatesConduct monthly 2nd look reviewsCompletion of daily reviews as requiredPerform supplementary quality assurance reviews of draft customer communications and documents Maintains rate of QC overreporting rate within the established acceptable rangeIdentify, recommend opportunities to establish controlsCreate or produce reports supporting quality control activities including, but not limited to, sampling, defect analysis, and remediation trackingCreate or query reports and disseminate the final product to stakeholders Review MERS QC reports and track defect resolutionSupport internal and regulatory audit activities as requiredKnowledge of all Review Programs and serves as a QC SME Program SME as requiredParticipate in special tasks to include problem resolution and process improvementAssist LOBs with updating policies and developing controls in response to MRA’s and findingsServe as a mentor to fellow colleagues- allow others to shadow QC tasks/offer training and support as neededRequired:
High School diplomaMinimum 3-4 years of experience in Financial Services1-3 years of experience in a financial services quality control or quality assurance environmentProblem solving and critical thinking skillsExperience training colleagues on systems and procedures Excellent written and oral communication skillsExperience documenting processes and proceduresProficient with Microsoft Office SuitePreferred:
Bachelor’s Degree3 or more years of experience in Default ServicesExperience as a primary trainer in a financial services quality control or quality assurance environment1-3 years’ experience in Credit Administration Default Service Results focused with a continuous improvement mindsetExperience working with Collections SystemsAbility to work with minimal supervisionHighly organized self-starter with strong follow-through and ability to complete tasks independentlyAbility to prioritize and manage simultaneous deadlines, develop ad hoc request, and meet regular deliverable deadlines#LI-Hybrid

Compensation Range:
56500The compensation range represents the low and high end of the base compensation range for this position. Actual compensation will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. Colleagues in this position are also eligible to participate in an applicable incentive compensation plan.
