In this role, the DEIB Program Manager will play a critical role in advancing the organization’s diversity and inclusion mission and fostering a culture of inclusion and belonging. This individual will partner with key stakeholders across the business to drive execution of the DEIB strategic plans focused on developing leaders’ and employees’ skills in creating an inclusive and equitable environment. Additionally, this individual will lead, develop and implement robust programs and training offerings, create short and long-term D&I goals, develop and track metrics and reports that measure results and inform decision making. You will advocate and foster a culture of inclusion through your commitment and dedication to diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging. This role will oversee our six employee resource groups to drive our strategy. You will partner closely with key stakeholders in the Diversity Council, ERG leaders HR leaders, Communications and the business to build employee belonging, strengthen corporate brand reputation through internal and external promotion of diversity and culture initiatives that support our mission. In this role, you will report to the VP, Chief Diversity Officer to help drive the strategy. Essential Functions: + Act as a Diversity Champion and expert providing insight into D&I best practices + Lead, develop and support DEIB (Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging) programs and initiatives that support the strategy + Lead and foster cross-team collaboration and alignment for all Employee Resource Groups + Lead the creation of relevant DEIB communications, campaigns, and events + Develop, implement, and facilitate D&I learning and activities for leaders and employees + Represent the company at external Diversity events to promote our commitment to diversity, equity and community partnerships + Develop D&I metrics, dashboards and related surveys and information. + Work collaboratively with other HR functions to overlay the diversity and inclusion lens on policy, procedure, practice, strategy and goals + Foster cross-team communication + Support DEIB efforts related to our Environmental, Social, Governance (ESG) management and reporting + Lead DEIB projects that support corporate goals and priorities Required Skills: + Strong project management skills + Proven ability to use data and metrics to measure progress, inform, influence + Proven leader in diversity and inclusion with measurable results + Understanding of human resources policy and law particularly around diversity and interviewing + Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint + Experience building and implementing effective diversity and inclusion programs Preferred Skills: + Experience creating D&I dashboards is a plus Qualifications Required Background: + Bachelor’s degree with 8 years of relevant experience with 4 years focused on DEI, or; + • Master’s degree with 6 years of relevant experience. + • Equivalent work experience may be considered in lieu of degree. Compensation Range: $81,750 - 130,800 We are committed to pay transparency and ensuring equitability compensation for all employees. The pay range for this position reflects the base salary only and does not include benefits, bonuses, or other forms of compensation that might be part of the total compensation package. The specific salary offered will be based on a candidate’s qualifications, education, and experience.
