Job Overview:

The DEI Project Manager will play a key role in driving the successful execution of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) initiatives. This position requires strong analytical skills to manage data, monitor progress, and support strategic reporting efforts. Working closely with the DEI corporate team, the Project Manager will ensure effective tracking of key metrics, compliance with training requirements, and alignment with organizational goals. The role also involves fostering collaboration across teams and supporting new and ongoing initiatives to promote a diverse, inclusive, and equitable environment.

Required:

Bachelor s degree with 3+ years of experience in project management and data analysis, or DEI initiatives.Demonstrated experience managing multiple, concurrent projects with tight deadlines while maintaining a high level of organization attention to detail, and adaptability to shifting priorities in dynamic work. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate reports for informed decision-making.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), with experience in data management tools or dashboards.Familiarity with survey processes and tracking systems to monitor compliance and performance.Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and build effective working relationships.

Preferred:

Experience working in a healthcare or corporate environment is preferred.

Scheduling Requirements:

Availability to attend offsite monthly meetings, events and programs, with some travel required across the system in addition to around the stateRequires 100% on-site accessibility, including system-wide travel as scheduled and in accordance with business needs.

Essential Functions:

Manage the survey process to collect demographic data. Maintain and update tracking documents in collaboration with leaders in the organization. Prepare data-driven presentations to ensure accurate and timely reporting.Apply strong analytical skills to update and expand the DEI team s dashboard, tracking key metrics such as leadership demographics, workforce diversity, patient experience survey results, employee self-identification data, system training compliance, and Business Resource Group (BRG) events and programming. Continuously enhance the dashboard as new projects arise.Conduct monthly dashboard reviews with team members to keep them informed about their hospital s progress in meeting DEI initiatives and training compliance goals.Monitor and track system-wide compliance with mandatory DEI-related trainings, including those developed in collaboration with other departments, using appropriate tools and systems.Lead and support assigned projects while assisting in managing both ongoing and new DEI initiatives from the corporate team.Coordinate the completion of applications for system designations by gathering and consolidating relevant information from the DEI team and other collaborating departments.Represent the DEI corporate team at offsite events and programs as needed.Collaborate on BRG programming by gathering monthly event details and ensuring the development of the System-wide BRG calendar with the collected information.Perform additional duties as assigned to support the evolving goals of the team and organization.
