DEIB Analyst

The Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEIB) Project Analyst is responsible for supporting the DEIB strategy by providing project management and support for DEIB initiatives and programs, and by supporting the BRG network with aligned processes and tools.

Making an Impact
• Manages key projects that support strategic objectives of the DEIB ecosystem. Establishes project plans, analyzes data, and maintains regular communication with stakeholders
• Leads the completion and delivery of all external DEIB related surveys, accolades, and related responses. Accountable to collect all data across stakeholders and drive to completion.
• Day to day contact for the BRGs Leaders on BRG process and resources. Maintains BRG tools and documentation and onboards new BRG Leaders.
• Coordinates DEIB and BRG communication and information between departments in alignment with DEIB strategic roadmap
• Responsible for management of the DEIB intranet page and updates to Sales Arsenal; maintaining visual design, site navigation and site content.
• Responsible for data management in partnership with HRIS for major giving campaigns (e.g., United Way)
• Supports internal messaging and external branding to celebrate heritage months, BRG events, etc.

Sharing Expertise
• Works closely with internal stakeholders to build relationships
• Helps to identify best practices, external benchmarking and develop new partnerships and makes recommendations to the team

Gaining Exposure
• Serves as a brand ambassador and represents ManpowerGroup at diversity and community events, committees, advisory councils.
