Deli District Manager
Overview We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Deli District Manager to oversee the operations of our deli departments across multiple store locations. As a leader in the convenience store industry, we pride ourselves on providing high-quality, fresh food options to our customers. The Deli District Manager will be responsible for ensuring the successful operation, profitability, and growth of the deli departments within their assigned district. This role requires a combination of strong leadership skills, food service expertise, and business acumen. Salary: 63,500-75,000 Responsibilities + Oversee the daily operations of deli departments across multiple store locations + Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability + Manage the Profit and Loss (P&L) statements for deli departments in the district + Handle hiring, recruiting, and staffing for deli positions across stores + Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and company policies + Train and mentor deli managers and staff to maintain high standards of quality and customer service + Conduct regular store visits to assess performance and identify areas for improvement + Manage inventory, monitor food costs, and optimize product mix + Collaborate with store managers and other district managers to align deli operations with overall store goals + Analyze sales data and prepare reports for upper management + Stay informed about industry trends and implement innovative ideas to enhance the deli offering + Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally + Other duties as assigned Qualifications + 5+ years of experience in food service management, preferably in a multi-unit retail environment + Proven track record of increasing sales and profitability in food service operations + Strong leadership and team-building skills + Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities + Proficiency in data analysis and financial management + Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices Ability to travel frequently within the assigned district Equal Opportunity EmployerGPM Investments, LLC is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate in employment and personnel practices on the basis of race, sex, age, disability, religion, national origin, sexual orientation or any other basis prohibited by applicable law.
