Delinea PAM Designer

UST are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Delinea PAM Senior Engineer or Designer. You will have strong technical expertise in Delinea Privileged Access Management, Microsoft Identity Manager and Entra ID,

This role will primarily focus on development and project delivery, end-to-end identity, and access management solutions, and ensuring the integration of PAM solutions with enterprise systems. The candidate will also contribute to strategic planning and architecture for IAM projects, with a keen focus on security and governance.

 

Key Responsibilities:

·       Design, implement, and manage Delinea PAM solutions to protect privileged access across the enterprise.

·       Develop automation scripts and tools for PAM deployment, configuration, and ongoing maintenance.

·       Work closely with stakeholders to assess PAM needs and deliver customized solutions.

·       Ensure best practices and industry standards are followed in the implementation and management of Delinea PAM.

·       Lead the integration of Microsoft Identity Manager with Delinea PAM solutions, focusing on user provisioning, access control, and lifecycle management.

·       Leverage Entra ID to integrate cloud identity and access management capabilities into the PAM solution.

·       Develop and maintain processes for synchronizing identities across on-premises and cloud environments.

·       Lead the architecture and design of PAM solutions, ensuring scalability, security, and ease of integration with existing IT infrastructure.

·       Conduct in-depth analysis of security requirements and propose solutions for access management, compliance, and risk mitigation.

·       Create and maintain architectural documentation, including solution blueprints and design specifications.

·        Provide ongoing support and optimization of PAM environments post-implementation.

·       Continuously evaluate and enhance the PAM architecture to ensure it remains aligned with evolving security needs and business goals.

·       Participate in on-call support rotations as needed to address urgent issues or escalations.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

           Experience in designing, implementing, and managing Delinea PAM (formerly Thycotic) solutions.           Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Identity Manager, Entra ID, and related technologies (Azure AD, AD DS).            Experience working with IAM solutions in both on-premises and cloud environments.            Proven track record of delivering identity and access management projects with a focus on security and compliance.           Deep understanding of PAM architectures, privilege elevation, access control, and session management.           Expertise in Active Directory (on-premises and cloud-based) and Azure AD integrations.         Proficient in Scripting and Automation (PowerShell, Python, or similar).           Familiarity with identity federation, role-based access control (RBAC), and multi-factor authentication (MFA) solutions.
