Follows a defined plan outlining scheme requirement.  Identifies if all required items (documents, contracts, and/or samples) are available as defined by the scheme checklist.  Supports sales and engineering with general GMA scheme-related inquiries  Communicates to internal/external clients regarding required information per checklist, project status and final project deliverables.  Under general supervision, supports customers in understanding regulatory requirements to access global markets  Under general supervision, works with cross-functional divisions and teams to ensure projects remain on track  Supports and participates in continuous improvement concepts and techniques.  Read and follow the Underwriters Laboratories Code of Conduct, and follow all physical and digital security practices.  Performs other duties as directed.  High School diploma or equivalent required  Basic business knowledge. Good working knowledge of basic business software is required (Microsoft suite). Familiarity of the TIC business and/or the various schemes/regulations would be a plus but not required.  Good communication skills. Ability to speak, read and write in English is required. Any other languages are a plus.
